1) What was your motivation for taking the Sales and Management course at ISI?
Against the backdrop of Eventive Georgia’s rapid growth, it is important for me as a leader to continuously update my knowledge and create stronger management standards for my team. I wanted to broaden my perspective on sales and operational management - which is why ISI was the ideal platform for this experience.
2) What were your expectations before the course started, and did reality meet them?
I expected structured and practical material; however, the reality exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated that I could directly connect each lecture to my own business processes.
3) Which topics or sessions stood out to you the most, and why?
The practical case studies, negotiation skills, development of communication and presentation abilities, the sales strategy framework, and modern team management approaches stood out the most. Each topic clearly showed me where Eventive Georgia’s processes could be simplified, improved, and made more efficient.
4) What was the most practical part of the course for you?
The most valuable part was the section where we discussed KPIs, team motivation systems, and effective communication frameworks. These were the first tools I started implementing within our team.
5) How has the knowledge gained from the course impacted your daily work?
Today, I manage processes much more systematically - both in sales and in project operations. I make decisions based on data, which has clearly improved the team’s overall effectiveness.
6) How did your perspective on sales and management change after the course?
I began to see sales as a well-structured mechanism that requires discipline, standards, and proper monitoring. Management, for me, has become an even more people-centered process - less micromanagement, more delegation, and clearer structure.
7) In your opinion, what makes ISI stand out?
ISI stands out because everything is built on practical application. The trainers are active business professionals themselves, which makes every example highly relevant and close to real-life situations. For me, that is the biggest advantage.
8) Who would you recommend this course to, and why?
I would recommend it to managers, business owners, and anyone who wants to build strong teams and develop a structured sales function. The course provides not only theory but also real tools that you can start using from the very next day - exactly as we did at Eventive Georgia.
