About Us

The International Sales Institute was founded in 2016 by Davit Chikvaidze. The institute offers training and courses in sales for professionals in the field. These courses are based on specific practical cases and internationally recognized theories, tailored to fit the Georgian context. As the sales industry rapidly evolves, continuous learning and development are essential. What worked effectively a few years ago is now considered outdated, and old methods can no longer unlock new opportunities. The mission of ISI is to consistently share innovations and provide practical knowledge and experience that help you uncover new avenues for sales growth and business development.

David is a certified sales trainer with 16 years of experience in sales, service management, and leadership. He is the author of the book Anti-Sales, which has been successfully sold in Georgia and internationally, including on Amazon.

Andro is a business consultant specializing in management, finance, and IT management. He is also a lecturer at Caucasus University and has collaborated with prestigious international organizations such as USAID and the World Bank.
