What was your motivation to take the Sales and Management course at ISI?
My primary motivation was the course creators themselves – Davit Chikvaidze and Andro Dgebuadze. Additionally, since I manage a company and my work is closely related to sales, I wanted to refresh my existing knowledge, learn many new things, and then share this experience with my team.
What were your expectations before the course, and did the reality meet them?
I expected the course to provide both theoretical and practical knowledge and give me the opportunity to learn more. Although there are many options on the market, ISI truly stands out in this field, and that’s why my expectations were fully met.
Which topics or sessions stood out to you the most, and why?
It’s hard to highlight just one topic, but from the negotiation block, I particularly remember the “Black Swan” concept. However, that wasn't the only highlight — each hour, session, and principle of the course was so well-structured that the entire experience felt like an exceptional professional journey. It’s genuinely difficult to single anything out.
How has your perspective on sales and management changed after the course?
It’s hard to assess a full shift in perspective, but the practical approaches and the professional “craft” I acquired from the course definitely brought a change. I now actively share these methods with my team.
In your opinion, what makes ISI unique?
Your company stands out for not being uniform or boring. It’s based on fun approaches and engaging topics. I especially want to mention the use of the Harvard methodology and the related assignments — this is certainly not your typical training offer. Also, the friendly atmosphere, the opportunity to meet new people, and the diversity of participants are all very valuable. These elements help you connect with people you may need in your professional life. That’s why I believe this course is exceptional and the best of its kind.
Who would you recommend this course to, and why?
I would recommend it to people in my network — especially to those who run small or medium businesses that are tied to sales and management. I recommend it because the course truly offers new insights and tools that can help them improve their approach, which will ultimately impact both their company’s revenue and overall development.
