1) What was your motivation for taking the Procurement Management course at ISI?
My main motivation was to gain a deeper understanding of modern procurement standards, practical approaches, and effective solutions in order to become more efficient in my day-to-day work.

2) What did you expect before the course started, and did it meet your expectations?
Before the course began, I expected a well-balanced combination of theory and practice, which was fully met. I received far more practical advice and experience-based examples than I initially anticipated.

3) Which topics or sessions stood out to you the most, and why?
The most memorable sessions were the analysis of real-life cases and the discussion of challenging situations. These sessions clearly demonstrated how well-planned procurement can work effectively even in the most complex and non-standard circumstances.

4) How did your perspective on procurement management change after completing the course?
The course helped me view the procurement process as more multifaceted. I now clearly understand the importance of proper planning, proactive risk assessment, and effective communication—not only for successful procurement but also from a sales perspective. Well-managed procurement forms the foundation for effective sales and, ultimately, overall company success.

5) In your opinion, what distinguishes ISI from others?
ISI stands out for its practical approach, professional trainers, and a learning process built on real-life examples. This is not just a theoretical course; it is the sharing of real working experience.

6) Who would you recommend this course to, and why?
I would recommend this course to professionals who work in procurement or plan to develop in this field. The course helps develop both professional skills and strategic thinking, which is essential for any modern organization.
